GIGSE 2008 Event Planning

At the Palais de Congres in Montreal on June 3-5, 2008 will take place the Annual Global I-Gaming Summit and Expo (GIGSE) with the new theme "Position Yourself". Sue Schneider of Clarion Gaming explains the motif for the theme of the 10th GIGSE event, "The regulatory background is becoming clearer every day. The GIGSE 2008 event continues to attract participants from more than 45 countries, drawing both online and land based gaming companies. With the new GIGSE event we can also see that the lines that once were drawn between online and land based gaming companies today are starting to diminish.

At the GIGSE 2008 event a discussion into cross-sector solutions will be headlining but the accent will also be put on partnership development, investment opportunities and technology-related challenges. The talks will also focus on legalized gambling, studying future prospect in jurisdictions like the United States and South Africa, where legalized gambling is at this time underway. In the end issues and solutions relevant to i-gaming veterans will be debated.
